In the construction industry, Owner Representatives are often hired to manage all the aspects of a project and act on behalf of the owner, investor or developer.
We monitor the building process to insure all codes and laws are followed to protect your investment and liability. The important task of as-builts and city inspection documentation will make or break your project. What I can bring to the table is 3 decades of construction experience with 15 years in cabinetry, with a back ground in Engineering from McGill University.
